Judy Day Obituary

Judy M. Day, age 79 of Punta Gorda, FL, passed away at Grandview Hospital on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Judy was born in Hamilton, Ohio on September 10, 1944 to Elmer Gabbard and Emma (House) Gabbard. On June 10, 1961 in Overpeck, OH, she married Charles E. Day Sr., and he preceded her in death in 2010.

Judy is survived by her son, Charles E. (Jennifer Pottner) Day Jr.; her grandchildren, Charles L. Day and Jacob Day; and one sister, Lois Balsinger. Judy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles E. Day Sr.; and her brothers, Bill Gabbard, Donald Ray Gabbard, and Neil Gabbard.

Graveside service will be held at Hickory Flat Cemetery in Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Memorial contributions can be made to charity of the donor’s choice.
