Mary Jo Bystry, age 70 of Cincinnati, passed away at Good Samaritan Hospital on Saturday, July 11, 2020. Mary Jo was born in Latonia, Kentucky on July 9, 1950 to Thomas Sauter and Martha Rogers Sauter. Mary Jo was an active member of Highview Christian Church. Mary Jo retired from PNC Bank after 20 years of service.
Mary Jo is survived by her husband of 19 years, Glenn Bystry; children, Mary Swango and Sean Swango; step-children, Josh (Kristi) Bystry and Rachel Bystry; grandchildren, Kenneth Back, Joshua Back, Zachary Back and Xavier Swango; step-grandchildren, David Bystry, Jacob Bystry and Andrew Bystry; siblings, Patricia Bowers and Rick (Wanda) Sauter; nephews, Lil Rick Sauter and David Bowers. Mary was preceded in death by parents, Thomas and Martha Sauter; first husband of 27 years, John F. Swango; brother, Tim Sauter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Doug Redford of Highview Christian Church officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park, 4570 Trenton Oxford Rd, Hamilton OH 45011
