Daniel E. Hingsbergen

Daniel E. Hingsbergen, age 82 of Hamilton, passed away at his residence on Saturday, May 30, 2020. Daniel was born in Hamilton, Ohio on March 7, 1938 to Hubert Hingsbergen Sr. and Stella (Theobald) Hingsbergen. Daniel was a 1956 graduate of Hamilton Catholic High School.  On April 27, 1973, he married Mary Ingermann.  Daniel worked for 51 years in Electrical Sales for Marshall Electric, Kurfiss Electric, and Lebanon and Middletown Electric.  He was an avid Cincinnati Reds Fan, enjoying many years of games with family and friends.  His greatest joy in life was helping and spending time with his family. 

Daniel is survived by his loving wife, Mary V. Hingsbergen; his sons, Christopher Hingsbergen, Daniel M. Hingsbergen, James (Paula) Hingsbergen, Robert Hingsbergen, Donald E. (Deborah) Willer Sr., and Michael (Beth) Willer; his grandchildren, Stephanie Cotton, Donald (Tracy) Willer Jr., David (Kelsey Terry) Willer, Amanda Brunck, Nicholas Willer, Alex Willer, Taylor Hingsbergen, and Payton Hingsbergen; his great grandchildren, Liam Cotton, Wyatt Willer, Evie Willer, and Caleb Terry; his sister in laws, Rosemary Hingsbergen and Marilyn Hingsbergen; many nieces and nephews; and his dog, Scamp. Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert Hingsbergen Sr. and Stella Hingsbergen; his son, John Hingsbergen; and his siblings, Merle Hingsbergen, Hubert Hingsbergen Jr., Mildred King, Francis Hingsbergen, Celeste Engle, Firmin Hingsbergen, Elizabeth Watkins, Donald Hingsbergen, and Melvin Hingsbergen.

Private Prayer service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place at St. Stephens Cemetery.  Memorial contributions can be made to Badin High School or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Paula Weisenberger, Dr. Deborah Hauger, Dr. Erica Mathieu, Danielle and staff at Fort Hamilton Hospital, and Hospice of Hamilton for their care and support.
