|I was in charge of quality for the afternoon shift at Ford Motor Company and covered a lot of ground most evenings. When I did have an issue in final assembly where Mike was the team leader, I always knew when I arrived Mike was already on it, he would have contained what parts were in question and facilitated to the rest of his team what containment actions needed to be in place. It was a great joy to have a quality issue in Mike's department compared to others. We became good friends over those few years and am very proud to call him my friend, he would help and do anything for anybody no questions asked, wanting nothing in return, because that kind soul as been a part of him long before our paths crossed. XOXOXOXO|
