Gross, Saundra (Sandy) Sue Age 77 of Bradenton, Fla, passed away on Thursday January 30, 2020. Saundra was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 2, 1943 to Pleasant Knox and Cora Agnes Estes Knox. Saundra was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She enjoyed traveling with her beloved husband, Donald and her family. She loved spending time with family and friends in and around Hamilton, OH, Norris Lake, TN and Bradenton, FL. She worked as a Beautician for over 35 years. In addition to loving her work, she enjoyed bowling, entertaining with her card club friends, and being a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Women’s Lodge. Sandy was most proud of her 4 children, 10 grand-children and, most recently 4 great grandchildren (2 sets of twins). She cherished every moment she was able to spend with them and talked about them to everyone she met. Saundra is survived by her husband, Donald Eugene Gross; Daughter, Tonja Jean (Eric) Pohlman; Sons, Troy Donovan (Sally) Gross; Ryan Scott (Kimberly) Gross; Donald Eric Gross; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Erica Nicole (Jarrett) Bowling and their children Teagan Marshel and Rosalind Mae; Evan Joseph Pohlman; Spencer Cameron (Holly) Gross and their children Brooks Francis and Penelope Evelyn; Conner Logan Gross; Chandler Mason Gross; Morgan Taylor Gross; Jordan Ann Gross; Jacob Ryan Gross; Nolan Hawk Gross and Payton Leigh Gross. Saundra is also survived by her loving sisters, Ida Mae (James) Miles, Betty Louise (Wilburn) Powell, Lois Jean Holland, Linda Ruth (Robert) Zurborg, and Donna Rae (Charlie) Strunk and numerous nieces and nephews. Saundra was preceded in death by her parents; Sisters, Beatrice (James) Wooten, Ethel Marie (Robert) Rahmes and Rosalie (Morris) Otto; brothers Kenneth Earl Knox and Pleasant Edward Knox. Heartfelt thanks to Blake Memorial Hospital ICU Nursing Staff (Bradenton, FL) and Tidewell Hospice (Bradenton, FL) for the loving and compassionate care they provided.

Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park, 2421 Princeton Rd., Hamilton, OH.
