August 6th, 1963 - January 3rd, 2020
Joseph E. Sherlock, age 56 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Friday, January 3, 2020. Joe was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 6, 1963 to Richard J. and Bellajo (nee Hampton) Sherlock. Joe graduated from Stephen T. Badin High School. On March 29, 1996, Joe married Tisha Hensley. He served 33 years at Office Depot, formerly Viking Office Products. Joe loved his dogs, Jackson and Sam. He was an avid sports fan, he loved the Cincinnati Reds & Cincinnati Bengals. Joe will be remembered for his sense of humor and caring heart.
Joe is survived by his wife of 23 years, Tisha Sherlock; his sons, Alex (fiance Andrea Thacker) Sherlock, Lewis Mills and Zack Sherlock; his siblings, Rose Sherlock and Fr. Marc Sherlock; his sister-in-laws, Maria Sherlock and Karen Hensley; his brother-in-law, James Allen; his nieces and nephews, Andrea, Kent, Marc, Beth, Christine, Annie, Charles, Jessica, Jack, Joey and Julie; and many other loving family members and friends. Joe was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Thomas, Timothy and Daniel Sherlock; and his sister-in-law, Kathy Allen.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church, 224 Dayton St., Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 11:00 AM with celebrant Fr. Marc Sherlock. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio.

|I met Joe at Viking Office product's in March 1986 Joe had a great sense of humor he was always in good spirits he was a good friend and a great coworker I will miss Joe a lot he was a good man we both were born on Aug 6th 1963 I'm going to miss him. Love you Brother!!!|
