Pam and family, I am heartbroken that he is gone but I know he is dancing with Jesus. I had the absolute pleasure of transporting Matt to Fresenius. We became great buddies over the years. Talking about our doodles and UK and Kentucky. I sure have missed him since I quit work. I pray for comfort for you all and I want you to know he was absolutely one of the finest people I have ever been blessed to know. Rest well my friend. Pam Fields
