Joette M. Crank, age 67 of Hamilton, OH passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Friday, November 2, 2018. Joette was born in Hamilton, Ohio on April 9, 1951 to Carl "Doodles" Evers and Lois (Arno) Evers. She attended St. Ann’s Catholic School and graduated from Stephen T. Badin High School.  On April 14, 1972 in Hamilton, she married Stephen Crank.  Joette was employed by Home Federal Savings and Loan and later First Financial Bank until her retirement in February 2011.  Stephen and Joette after retirement moved to Punta Gorda, FL, where they were active in golfing and boating.   

Joette is survived by her husband, Stephen Crank; her children,  Jason (Katie) Crank, Stephen Crank, and  Andrew (Amy) Crank; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Colin, Madeline, and Amelia; her siblings, Nicholas (Beverly) Evers and Anthony (Monica) Evers; and numerous other family and friends in Hamilton and in Florida. Joette was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Benjamin Evers and Robert Evers.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church, 3028 Pleasant Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, November  8, 2018 at 10:00 AM with Fr. Larry Tharp officiating.  Prayers will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November  7, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave, Hamilton, OH.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Maureen Fritsch Cancer Assistance Fund c/o the Hamilton Community Foundation.
