Larry Marcum, age 65 of Hamilton, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Larrywas born in Manchester, Kentucky on January 14, 1953 to Henry and Lillian (nee Hacker) Marcum. Larry worked at Champion Paper Co. for 25 years. Larry enjoyed spending his time fishing in Okeechobee, FL and especially, spending time with his grandkids.
Larry is survived by his wife of 43 years, Linda Marcum; his son, Larry (Chrissy Davenport) Marcum II and his family, Gavin and Kennedy; his son, Jason (Mandy Schenk) Marcum and his family, Ella, Levi and Colton; his siblings, John Henry (Phyllis) Marcum, Loyd "Shorty" (Verna) Marcum, Brenda Marcum, Walter (Lynn) Marcum and Terry Abner; and many other loving family members and friends. Larry was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Marie, Ed, Herb, and Charles Marcum.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, May 7, 2018 at 12:00 PM with Bro. Terry Abner officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 7, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
