September 15th, 1956 - March 11th, 2018
Nancy Ann Taggart, age 61 of Darrtown, left her earthly home and arrived in her eternal home on Sunday, March 11, 2018. Nancywas born in Hamilton, Ohio on September 15, 1956 to Eldon White and Daisy H. Winkler. On September 23, 1972, she married the love of her life, Robert L. Taggart. Nancy was an active, charter member of Bible-Way Missionary Baptist Church for 38 years. She was an avid bowler for many years and will be sorely missed by numerous friends because she never met a stranger. Nancy will forever be known for her infectious and endearing laughter, her homemade cooking (especially her macaroni salad), and her overall generous heart and loving spirit.
Nancy is survived by her husband of 46 years and childhood sweetheart, Robert L. Taggart; her beloved children, Daisy Annette (Scott) Workman, Scott (Delmy) Taggart, and Christopher Eldon Lee Taggart; her grandchildren, Zachary, Madison, Brandon, Samantha, Isaac, Eli, Savannah, and two honorary grandchildren, Sarah and Esther; her mother, Daisy H. Winkler; her brother, Gary Tussey, her sisters, Brenda Beyersdoerfer and Lois (Dan) Alfred; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends. Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Eldon White; her brother, Ronnie White; her nephew Blake Beyersdoerfer; and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ruth and Stewart Taggart.
Funeral service will be held at Bible-Way Missionary Baptist, 1324 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Ron Pittman officiating. Burial will follow at Darrtown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Bible-Way Missionary Baptist.
